We’re looking for a motivated and driven Finance, Insurance & Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team representing DENZA, an emerging premium automotive brand backed by BYD.
This is a great opportunity for someone who may not have extensive automotive experience yet, but has the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
We’re in an exciting start-up phase, which means you won’t simply be coming in to do the same task every day. You’ll have the opportunity to learn different parts of the business, work closely with customers and the team, and develop a broad understanding of the automotive industry.
What you’ll be involved in
You’ll initially support our team across a variety of areas, including:
- General administration and day-to-day office support
- Assisting with customer finance enquiries and client follow-up
- Learning about automotive finance and assisting with finance-related administration
- Supporting the sale of aftermarket and car-care products
- Assisting customers with motor vehicle insurance enquiries and administration
- Supporting vehicle delivery and customer onboarding processes
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring documentation is accurate and within lending guidelines
- Working with our sales and management teams to deliver a great customer experience
- Learning about the DENZA brand, our vehicles and the wider automotive industry
Who we’re looking for
We’re less concerned about having the perfect resume and more interested in finding someone with the right mindset.
You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Motivated, energetic and eager to learn
- Organised and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Professional, reliable and willing to take ownership
- Commercially minded and interested in developing your understanding of finance, insurance and sales
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes and products
- Someone who sees opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to do
Automotive experience is helpful, but not essential. We’re willing to teach the right person who brings enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine desire to learn.
You’ll be joining a team that is building something from the ground up.
