As a Leasing Consultant, you will be an integral part of our expanding team, ensuring our unique approach is reflected in every aspect of the role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to rental inquiries via email and phone
  • Organise and conduct open home inspections, including on weekends
  • Prepare properties for website advertising
  • Process tenant applications
  • Negotiate lease terms after processing tenant applications
  • Analyse current market conditions
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed

  • A reliable car and a current driver’s licence
  • Proficiency with computers and Google Suite
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and maintain trustworthiness
  • Professional presentation and conduct
  • Current real estate registration or license is preferred
