Mechanic

Ultra Tune Currimundi is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Currimundi, Queensland. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services to our customers. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be based at our Currimundi location.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnosing, repairing and servicing a wide range of vehicles, including cars, 4x4 and light commercial vehicles
• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections
• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Maintaining detailed records of all work performed

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in automotive mechanics or a relevant trade
• Certificate III qualification in automotive mechanics is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanic in the automotive industry
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must have Australian work rights
• Current car licence is required
• Air conditioning and roadworthy qualifications would be an advantage
