The role & responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
\n
• Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage
\n
• Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs
\n
• Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently
\n
• Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation
\n
• Assist on the shop floor and support the team as needed
\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Passion for customer service and a strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
\n
• Experience in retail, leadership, or stockroom operations is a bonus
\n
• A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
\n
• Flexible availability to work across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
