Are you a hospitality professional ready to run the floor at one of southwest Brisbane’s most dynamic, high-tempo venues? The Oxley Tavern is looking for a driven Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in a team-led management structure.
We skip the traditional isolated Duty Manager model, instead, our venue is powered by a team of multiple Assistant Managers. You’ll work alongside a strong group of peers to share shift load, collaborate on floor strategy, and drive standards together. Whether steering a busy dinner rush in Bob's Diner, orchestrating major fight night trade in the sports bar, or managing gaming and late-night floor operations, you’ll be right in the heart of the action with total floor-level support.
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
