Position Overview

Our Customer Experience team are all about providing real time support to our internal stakeholders, by processing, allocating and coordinating orders in line with business requirements. In this role, you will effectively communicate with external & internal customers, assisting with any inquiries to support the broader business in achieving sales excellence.
\n
You'll play a pivotal role in modeling exceptional customer care, by acting as the critical link in the sales process between our sales team, stakeholders and our customers. This is a 12-month contract role based out of our Hallam office, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm or 8 am to 4.30 pm.
