About the Role \n
As an Operations Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating staff and vehicle utilisation \n
- Managing customer enquiries and day-to-day operations \n
- Supporting HSE compliance \n
\n
- \n
- Coordinating off-site vehicles attending site for routine servicing or maintenance \n
- Ensuring operational and compliance requirements are met at all times. \n
\n
This is a full-time position , generally worked Monday to Friday for eight hours per day. Some flexibility may be required from time to time, and you will also be part of a rotating on-call roster .
\n
The role is based at our Koo Wee Rup depot , working closely with members of our operations team across the wider network.
