To succeed, you will navigate complex change initiatives, foster a leader-led culture, and balance business unit priorities while partnering with P&C Centres of Excellence to deliver scalable talent, performance, and D&I solutions. As the ideal candidate, you bring senior HR business partnering experience in dynamic environments, strong knowledge of Australian employment law, and the commercial and digital acumen needed to translate data into high-impact people strategies.
