About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the store, leading the team and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the retail sales team.
• Deliver exceptional 5-Star customer service.
• Drive sales and work towards achieving and exceeding store targets.
• Lead by example and actively participate in sales.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and develop a loyal customer base.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation, merchandising and ticketing standards.
• Ensure high standards of administration and store operations.
• Manage day-to-day retail operations and support team performance.
• Help protect and represent the Weber brand, internationally recognised for quality, service and value.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and store performance.

About You

We are looking for someone who is more than just a manager - we want a leader who loves sales and loves dealing with people.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years' sales and/or customer service experience.
• Previous retail management or leadership experience.
• A proven ability to achieve sales results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• A highly motivated, positive and results-driven attitude.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• The ability to inspire, coach and motivate team members.
• A natural ability to connect with customers and build relationships.
• A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
• The confidence to lead from the front and get involved in the sales process.
• A genuine passion for BBQs, outdoor entertaining and the Alfresco lifestyle.

The Roster

This is a full-time position working across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends.
