We’re looking for a dedicated Home Care Worker to join our Ballina team and help deliver the kind of care that goes beyond good intentions within the wider community. The following opportunities include: \n

• Hours will be between 7am and 7pm (Monday to Sunday). Must be flexible.
\n
• Base hourly rate of $36.23 to $72.46 , plus penalties, super and option to salary package
\n
• Salary package up to $18,550 per annum - resulting in less tax and higher take home pay for you
\n

Key Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Provide industry leading personal care and domestic assistance services to our clients in their own homes, ensuring their days are filled with smiles
\n
• Respond promptly to client needs
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
\n

You’ll bring: \n

\n
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is required
\n
• Must have Current full driver's license and registered car with comprehensive car insurance
\n
• A kind heart and genuine interest in helping older persons
\n
• A commitment to quality care and service
\n
• Be reliable, adaptable and accountable
\n
• Act with humility, integrity, respect and understanding
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• A desire to work independently as part of a dynamic and flexible team
