- Previous experience in a property Officer/Receptionist position is highly desired. \n
- Approachable, positive-minded and enjoys collaborative teamwork. \n
- Highly organized with an exemplary eye for detail, capable of working autonomously. \n
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- Must own a reliable car and hold a current driver's license. \n

Tasks & responsibilities

- Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio. \n
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople to ensure timely completion of repairs. \n
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports. \n
- Respond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries via phone and email. \n
- Prepare lease documentation, tenancy agreements, lease renewals and other property management correspondence. \n
- Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals in accordance with current legislation. \n
- Monitor maintenance progress and follow up on outstanding work orders. \n
- Maintain accurate property records and update the agency's property management software. \n
- Assist with arrears management and administrative tasks as directed. \n
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, agency policies and procedures. \n
- Provide exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. \n
- Support the Property Management team with general administration and other duties as required. \n
