Business Support Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to further developyour administrative skills and be exposed to a variety of administrative areas.Your role provides vital support to the facility and its staff so that they candeliver excellent customer service and high-quality care.

  • Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position
  • Located in East Maitland NSW at our beautiful Green Hills Residential Care Home

Your Contribution

  • Providingexcellent customer service by effectively liaising with prospectiveresidents and their families/representatives, and positively promoting FreshHope Communities;
  • Coordinatingresident admissions and exits by liaising with prospective and currentresidents including providing information about fees, terms and conditionsas required;
  • Liaisingwith finance and property services employees about new entries, residentmovements and exits and invoices
  • Undertakingreception duties and general admin functions
  • Politelyresponding to internal/external enquiries within appropriate timeframes;

The Essentials

  • Experiencewith Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel;
  • Professionalwritten and spoken communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Abilityto maintain confidentiality of business sensitive and resident andemployee information at all times;
  • Highattention to detail and accuracy, as well as numerical ability and dataentry skills;
  • Excellentcustomer service skills with ability to identify customer requirements,report suggested changes to services in response to identified needs andevaluate customer satisfaction;
  • Excellenttime management skills with the ability to multitask, effectively managecompeting priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledgeof current regulatory environment and accreditation requirements ofresidential aged care (desirable).
  • Acurrent Criminal History Check (within the last three years) suitable foraged care is essential.
