Our established boutique travel agency is entering an exciting new chapter following our rebrandand we’re looking to grow our team by adding an additional experienced travel professional who shares our passion for exceptional service and enthusiasm for crafting new experiences for our clients with an above and beyond approach.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to join our team — but we’re also open to speaking with experienced consultants who may be ready to either step things up in their career OR someone looking to step away from a traditional face-to-face sales role and move into a more support-focused, administration and operational role.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll ideally have extensive travel industry experience or a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced and confident within the travel industry - Minimum 2 years of customer facing retail experience
- Experienced with travel systems and technology - Galileo & Cross Check Travel preferred but not essential
- Professional, reliable and proactive about building their client base or has a keen interest in social media marketing / content creation and wants to put their skills to good use.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, Someone who takes pride in getting the details right
- Knowledgeable across leisure travel, cruising and touring & Comfortable managing complex bookings and itineraries
- Commercially aware and understands the importance of profitability
- Someone who takes pride in getting the details right, is a great communicator & team player
- Positive, solutions-focused and willing to share their knowledge with the wider team
