The Opportunity:

\n

We're looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused People & Culture Officer to join our team and help deliver a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

\n

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day people operations, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, coordinating learning and development activities, and ensuring our people processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with our values.

\n

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about creating a workplace where people can thrive.

\n

What you'll do day to day:

\n

\n
• Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and employee movements
\n
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and documentation
\n
• Support recruitment activities, including job advertisements, interview coordination and candidate communication
\n
• Assist with the delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives
\n
• Coordinate learning and development programs, training sessions and events
\n
• Support managers and employees with People & Culture policies, processes and general enquiries
\n
• Prepare reports, workforce metrics and people-related documentation
\n
• Assist with performance review, remuneration and talent management processes
\n
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
\n
• Support compliance with employment legislation, workplace policies and organisational procedures
\n

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

\n

\n
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
\n
• 2-4 years' experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role
\n
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• High attention to detail and strong administration capabilities
\n
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
\n
• A collaborative approach and ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation
\n
• A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for supporting people and workplace culture
