As a Graduate Systems and Safety Assurance Engineer, you'll gain hands‑on experience while being supported by experienced mentors and a collaborative team. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Work on nationally significant transportation and infrastructure projects, helping to deliver safe, reliable, and high‑performing systems.
• Learn from experienced engineers and specialists across Systems Engineering, Human Factors, Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM), and Safety Assurance disciplines.
• Develop practical skills in hazard identification, risk assessment, requirements management, and systems assurance.
• Contribute to solving real‑world engineering challenges that improve safety, performance, and user experience.
• Support the development of key project deliverables, including safety documentation, hazard logs, human factors registers, and system safety risk registers.
• Participate in reliability and safety analyses that help reduce human error and enhance the resilience of critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build valuable professional relationships across engineering, operations, and project delivery.
