We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Skilled Labourer with an MR license to join our factory team. This role involves a mix of warehouse duties, including unloading shipping containers and handling incoming product, along with hands‐on construction work such as building sheds and structural components. The role combines driver and workshop duties with shed construction, including driving a small truck to site with materials or for deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Unload shipping containers safely and efficiently, including manual handling and use of equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if licensed)
\n
• Sort, check, and store incoming product according to factory procedures
\n
• Assist in the construction and assembly of sheds, including framing, cladding, and fittings
\n
• Read and interpret basic plans or work instructions
\n
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
\n
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
\n
• Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures
\n
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and deadlines
\n
• Perform general labouring duties as required
\n
• Drive a small truck (MR License needed) to site with materials or for deliveries
\n

About you

\n

• MR License
\n
• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or construction environment preferred
\n
• Experience with shed building, steel framing, or general construction highly regarded
\n
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential; training may be provided
\n
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items
\n
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices
\n
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
\n
