The Role \n

Based in our Canberra office, where you’ll work closely with senior engineers delivering structural solutions across a strong pipeline of commercial and development projects.

You’ll be trusted to contribute meaningfully- not just design and disappear.

• Multi-level/ High Rise residential/ commercial
\n
• Education (public & private)
\n
• Healthcare facilities
\n
• Commercial / office developments
\n
• Bulky goods retail & light industrial
\n

What You’ll Do \n

\n
• Deliver structural design solutions across commercial projects
\n
• Prepare engineering calculations and analysis
\n
• Contribute to concept through to detailed design
\n
• Produce clear, buildable documentation
\n
• Coordinate with architects, builders, and internal teams
\n
• Support drafting teams in delivering construction drawings
\n
• Attend site and respond to real-world construction challenges
\n
• Engage in design reviews and QA processes
\n

What We’re Looking For \n

\n
• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
\n
• 3–6 years’ experience in Australian structural consulting
\n
• Strong exposure to commercial structural design
\n
• Solid understanding of Australian Standards
\n
• Experience with Concrete and Steel Structures and basement shoring design is an advantage
\n
• Experience with tools such as SpaceGass, ETABS, RAM Concept
\n
