Project Administrator
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Mobile Cranes division for a motivated and highly organised Support Administrator. Working closely with our Project Manager and Allocator, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of our daily operations. This is a fast-paced and varied position suited to someone who thrives on being organised, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in getting things done.
Key responsibilities
- Understanding, reviewing and coding daily dockets in preparation for invoicing
- Allocating personnel to jobs using Assignar
- Setting up new projects across Assignar and S:Drive
- Maintaining service schedules and NHVR requirements
- Maintaining the daily allocations board
- Distributing daily site documentation
- Liaising with clients to confirm jobs, lift requirements and site set-up locations
- Providing administrative support to other personnel across the business
- Updating and maintaining personnel records through Assignar
About you
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Strong experience across the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong initiative, determination and a genuine desire to get things done
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and personnel
