\nAbout the role: \n

We’re seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Change Lead (People Services) to drive the change management strategy and delivery for a major ERP transformation . You’ll lead change activities across the People Services / HR stream , ensuring stakeholders are engaged, business readiness is achieved, and adoption is sustained through go-live and beyond. Reporting into a People-stream Business Readiness lead, you’ll partner closely with program teams, business leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure people/process/technology change is implemented smoothly and effectively.
