Comprising of 181 rooms and located on Honeysuckle Drive, Little National Hotel offers guests a distinct blend of luxury and comfort. With architect by Bates Smart and Luchetti Krelle, Little National has set a new benchmark in hospitality for the Newcastle region. With luxurious common areas including a lounge and bar, a library for those needing a space to work and a state-of-the-art gym by Technogym.
We are busier than ever and searching for Food and Beverage Attendants, to join our rapidly expanding, innovative and award-winning Food & Beverage department.
Working in a fun and lively environment, you will be delivering quality guest service and Monte's food and beverage offerings, across the Cafe.
As part of the Doma Hotels team, you will demonstrate a keen interest in delivering a high level of customer service and share great food and beverage experience with our customers as well as exhibiting the below:
Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and positive guest experience
Excellent communication skills
Desire and drive to push their hospitality knowledge to the next level
Initiative and the ability to work independently as part of a large team
Food and Beverage experience in a 5-star environment is a bonus, but not mandatory
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a must!
Wednesday to Sunday availability for the Barista role
