About The Role \n

Join our talented production team at MCC Brisbane as a Print Press Operator and take your printing career to the next level! This is an exciting opportunity for trade-qualified printers who take pride in their craft and want to grow their skills using modern, industry-leading printing technology. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of skilled professionals who share a passion for precision, creativity, and quality, while enjoying a dynamic role that offers flexibility through rotating shifts in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties include \n

\n
• Operate advanced printing technology to deliver client orders on time and to a high-quality standard.
\n
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
\n
• Inspect components regularly and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
\n
• Uphold quality assurance practices, maintaining accurate production and quality records.
\n
• Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
\n

About You \n

\n
• Trade qualified (Certificate III in Print or equivalent).
\n
• Skilled in Offset (TCS, MO3, MO4, Lithographic), Nilpeter, Rotary, Flexographic (Flexo), or Digital print processes.
\n
• Experience with highly embellished labels is a plus, but not essential.
\n
• Background in printing or manufacturing environments preferred.
\n
• Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control standards.
\n
• Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
\n
• Eligible Australian working rights.
