You’ll lead everything from procurement and inventory optimisation to warehousing, logistics, supplier management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stahmann Webster is one of Australia’s leading integrated nut producers and processors, supplying premium products to domestic and international markets. We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations at our Toowoomba processing facility. This role reports to the Head of Processing Operations and is critical to ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfilment outcomes.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete supply chain function, from procurement and inventory control through to warehousing, freight coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining ERP data integrity, optimising inventory performance, and driving cost reductions across the business through Lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing and logistics.

• Manage domestic and international freight movements, including 3PL providers, shipping schedules and export documentation.

• Ensure ERP data accuracy across inventory, BOMs, purchase orders, sales orders and customer records.

• Optimise inventory levels and stock replenishment activities to support operational requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and continuous improvement programs.

• Drive Lean initiatives including 5S, Kanban, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).

• Ensure DIFOT performance targets are achieved through effective supply planning and execution.

• Lead safe and efficient warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch and stock control.

• Collaborate across operations, production and commercial teams to support business objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management role within FMCG, food manufacturing or agri-food processing.

• Strong experience managing warehouse and inventory operations.

• Demonstrated success implementing Lean Supply Chain and continuous improvement programs.

• Solid understanding of international trade, export documentation and compliance.

• Strong S&OP/IBP knowledge and experience.

• Proven ability to analyse supply chain performance and drive operational improvements.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership skills.

• High attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities.
