We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Regional Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand.
About the role . \n
As the Regional Sales Director for Australia & New Zealand, you are at the forefront of Acclime’s Commercial Function, driving growth by ensuring seamless alignment between business development and sales activities across all service lines within the ANZ market. Your leadership is essential in integrating these efforts into the broader Group commercial and corporate framework, supporting the company’s strategic objectives and elevating Acclime’s presence in the region.

Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, with a dotted‑line relationship to the Regional Managing Director, you will lead business development and sales performance across all service lines in Australia & New Zealand. You will manage and motivate client‑facing teams throughout ANZ, ensuring effective pipeline development and clear visibility across the corporate and government sectors.

You will collaborate closely with partners across service lines to promote cross‑functional cooperation, strengthen referral relationships, and enhance brand visibility. In addition, you will oversee the implementation of the Group Commission Policy and regional incentive structures, ensuring clear communication, consistent alignment, and measurable commercial outcomes across teams.
What will you be doing?What are we looking for? \n
12+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
\n
Proven experience leading sales teams across multiple countries, markets, or business units, ideally within a regional structure.
\n
Demonstrated success in driving growth through a combination of new‑logo acquisition, cross‑sell, upsell and market expansion.
\n
Experience translating regional growth objectives into country, team and individual sales targets, with clear accountability for delivery.
\n
Proven ability to identify underperforming teams or sales channels and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
\n
Experience building, managing and developing high‑performing sales teams, including recruitment, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
\n
Strong background in new business development, including personally developing strategic opportunities and supporting teams in closing deals.
\n
Experience developing and managing key accounts, including multi‑country and multi‑service relationships.
\n
Proven ability to develop referral and intermediary channels, including relationships with law firms, banks, PE/VC firms, accounting firms and other professional service firms that compliment Acclime.
\n
Experience managing enterprise and multinational clients, including complex regional sales cycles and senior stakeholder engagement.
\n
Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, conversion, sales productivity and performance reporting, supported by disciplined CRM usage.
\n
Experience developing and executing regional go‑to‑market strategies, translating group strategy into actionable market‑level plans.
\n
Comfortable operating within a matrix organisation, working closely with Country MDs, Service Line Heads, Marketing and operational teams.
\n
Ideally, experience within corporate services, fund services, accounting, tax, payroll, HR, professional services or another recurring‑revenue B2B environment.
\n
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous but not essential.
\n
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including understanding of revenue, ACV, pricing, margins, pipeline coverage, retention and client economics.
\n
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and executive‑level presentation skills.
\n
Strong analytical capability and ability to use CRM and sales data to drive decisions, performance and accountability.
\n
Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
