We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Logistics Administrator to join our busy team.

\n

Sales & Logistics Administrator

\n

This is a varied role supporting our day-to-day sales, customer service and logistics activities.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
\n
• Preparing quotations and following up with customers
\n
• Processing UK customer orders accurately and efficiently
\n
• Monitoring daily deliveries and following up on any issues or delays
\n
• Keeping customer order and delivery trackers up to date
\n
• Maintaining accurate digital sales records and filing
\n
• Lead generation
\n
• Assisting with import and export orders and shipments
\n
• General administration and data entry as required
\n

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Good communication and customer service skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once
\n
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
\n
• A proactive approach to following up outstanding actions
\n
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
\n

Previous experience in sales administration, Sage 50 professional, customer service, logistics or import/export would be advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be given.
