This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects focused on DevSecOps, CI/CD optimisation, and next-generation AI-enabled development practices.

What You'll Be Doing \n

• Designing, building, and enhancing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
\n
• Driving DevSecOps best practices across development teams
\n
• Implementing and integrating code security scanning solutions
\n
• Supporting AI-assisted code quality and security initiatives
\n
• Automating deployment, testing, and release processes
\n
• Collaborating closely with engineering, security, and delivery stakeholders
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve platform reliability, security, and developer experience
\n

What We're Looking For \n

\n
• Strong commercial experience with Azure DevOps
\n
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
\n
• Solid Python scripting and automation skills
\n
• Experience working within DevSecOps environments
\n
• Hands-on experience with security and code scanning tools such as:\n
  \n
  • Snyk
  \n
  • mDash
  \n
  • Microsoft AI-powered code scanning/security solutions
  \n
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n
• Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
\n

• Experience mentoring engineers or leading delivery teams

• Background in application security, vulnerability management, or secure software development

• Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering tools and practices
