About the role

Join a boutique property management agency for an initial three-month contract, with the potential to extend. Working one-on-one with a property management savvy Director, you will step into a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day management and leasing of a residential portfolio.

• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Advertise properties, manage inquiry and run leasing inspections
• Process applications and assist with tenant selection
• Draft leases and coordinate deposits, and key handovers
• Raise work orders and coordinate trades as required

Experience required

• Previous property management experience essential
• Experience with leasing and tenant selection
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
• Driver’s license and reliable car
• Organised, reliable and a strong attention to detail
• MUST be able to commit to the full 3 month contract

Benefits

• $45 per hour + superannuation
