12-Hour Day Shifts – Condensed Work Week

- 7:00am – 7:00pm \n
- Work approximately 16 shifts per month \n
- Roster includes some Saturdays and Sundays \n
- Longer shifts mean more days off across the month \n
- Ideal for people who prefer a condensed working roster rather than a traditional five-day week \n

About the Role
\n
As a Trainee Production Operator, you’ll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production environment. You’ll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members throughout your traineeship.
\n
You’ll gain experience in:

- Packaging products \n
- Operating production machinery \n
- Assisting with setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment \n
- Completing quality checks and documentation \n
- Following safety, hygiene and quality procedures \n
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets \n

- Appointment is subject to a pre-employment medical \n
- Reliable personal transport is required as public transport is not available \n
- Applicants must be available to work the full 12-hour roster, including rostered Saturdays and Sundays \n
