To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channels.
\n
• Strong conceptual and analytical capability, with a proven ability to turn complex topics into simple, engaging content.
\n
• Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
\n
• Proven experience managing intranet content and digital communication platforms.
\n
• Experience using email distribution software, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
\n
• Experience creating visual content and video communications.
\n
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work closely with senior leaders and executives.
\n
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Confidence partnering with Executive and C-Suite stakeholders.
\n
• Exposure to energy, resources, utilities or industrial environments.
\n
• Understanding of geographically dispersed and/or unionised workforces.
\n
• Knowledge of change management principles and communication approaches.
\n
