Grand Motors Toyota is searching for an Assistant Parts Interpreter for their Southport dealership - Full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

\n

This position is vital role in a fast-paced dealership environment- supporting technicians, keeping parts flowing, and helping deliver the level of service our customers expect.

\n

This position comes with a genuine growth platform, with plenty of ongoing training and support.

\n

We are interviewing for this role now, and we're specifically looking for a reliable person who is focused on their work and takes pride in completing tasks in a timely and professional way. Must have excellent communication skills.

What you’ll be doing

\n

\n
• Interpret, quote, source and order automotive parts accurately
\n
• Liaise with technicians and service to ensure parts availability and smooth job flow
\n
• Track orders, ETA's and parts usage through dealership systems
\n
• Customer contact via face-to-face and over the telephone
\n
• Assist with stock control and maintaining accurate records
\n
• Provide strong internal customer service to the workshop and service department
\n
• As you develop: support workflow coordination and additional service-related tasks
\n
