Apprentice Pastry Chef

Full-time position available for an Apprentice Pastry Chef at our Artisan Bakery in the Shoalhaven on the NSW South Coast.

• Become part of an established and growing team of dedicated pastry chefs.
• Producing all products from scratch (no premixes).
• Working with quality and sustainable produce & ingredients.
• You will be trained in all aspects of pastry, pie & cake production
• A good work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for food are essential.

This position will require weekend work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Would suit school leavers or entry-level applicants
• Early morning and day work, no nights.
• Own transport required.
• A positive outlook and attitude towards work

You will be required to always maintain the kitchen/preparation area in an exceptionally clean and organised manner and have pride in what you produce. If you are detail-oriented, with a desire to learn and develop the skills to produce Artisan quality pastry items, then please apply.

You will be able to commute/relocate to Berry NSW 2535.
