About the role
\n
LightHorse Kitchen, Moorebank sports is a modern brasserie specialising in Australian cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on usinghigh-quality produce, changing the menu with the seasons and keeping up with new food trends. We are looking for a experienced Chef to join our professional kitchen staff of 11 and grow within the role! your working duties and responsibilities will include:

- Input toward menu's \n
- input towards chef specials \n
- Train and supervise over 8 staff (if in head/sous chef roll) \n
- Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules \n
- Ensuring all safe food practices are maintained \n
- Produce innovative and delicious food experiences. \n

Skills and experience

- Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable brasserie/restaurant \n
- Proven experience leading kitchen staff \n
