You notice the detail others miss, understand how a home should come together, and take real pride in creating master drawings that make life easier for everyone who follows.

We're looking for an experienced Masters Draftsperson from Victoria's volume-building industry to help shape and improve the master files used across our brands.

You'll work closely with our Head of Product, Design and Innovation to:

This is more than maintaining drawings. You'll have a genuine voice in how we improve our designs, systems and standards, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the business continues to evolve.
\n
