Welder / Container Repairer
Looking for a welding role with variety, stability and no FIFO?
SCF is looking for a Welder / Container Repairer to join our Brisbane Depot team.

- Using MIG welders, grinders, drills and plasma cutters
- Cutting, fitting and preparing steel components
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance
- Painting and finishing repaired areas
- Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of the wider depot team when required
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and willing to train other team members when required.
- Welding experience, preferably MIG
- Experience with basic fabrication and metal repairs
- The ability to read and understand basic measurements and drawings
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
- A forklift licence would be an advantage.
- Permanent full‑time position
- Monday to Friday – all day shift
- Stable and established Australian business
- Variety of hands‑on welding and repair work
