As a part-time Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to our elderly and disabled clients within the local community. \nWhat you\'ll be doing \n

• Providing comprehensive nursing care and support to clients in their homes or community settings
\n
\n
• Conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans
\n
\n
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
\n
\n
• Monitoring client health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes to the appropriate medical professionals
\n
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
\n
\n
• Maintaining accurate and detailed client records
\n
\n
• Promoting client independence, dignity and quality of life
\n
\n

\n
\nWhat we\'re looking for \n
\n

\n
\n
• Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
\n
\n
• Minimum 2 years\' experience in a community nursing or similar role
\n
\n
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged and disability care practices
\n
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
\n
\n
• Commitment to providing person-centred, compassionate care
\n
\n
• Current driver\'s licence
\n
\n
