This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity until September 2027, offering a salary between $84,618 - $128,887 per annum (dependent on qualifications & experience), plus 12% superannuation.

About the role

As an Early Childhood Education & Care Teacher, you will deliver engaging and practical training that prepares students for rewarding careers in the sector. Drawing on your industry expertise, you'll create inclusive learning experiences, assess student progress, and support learners to build the skills, confidence and capability needed for success.

Working collaboratively within a passionate teaching team, you will also contribute to curriculum development, continuous improvement initiatives and high-quality education outcomes.

What will you do?

• Deliver engaging and industry-relevant Early Childhood Education & Care training
• Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Support student progression and identify learners requiring additional assistance
• Develop and maintain training and assessment resources
• Participate in moderation, validation and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain accurate student records and compliance requirements
• Create safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments
• Foster industry engagement to ensure training reflects current sector practices

Qualifications/Requirements

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or a higher teaching qualification
• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Current industry experience to maintain vocational currency
• Working with Children Check
• National Police Check
