Finance Manager | Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting \n

This is a hands-on finance leadership role within a large and complex national organisation, with responsibility for the people, processes and controls supporting its fixed assets and lease accounting functions.\n
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Shared Services, you will lead a small local team alongside an offshore shared services team based in India. The role combines technical accounting ownership with day-to-day team leadership, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across a high-volume operating environment.

The position has been broadened following an internal restructure and will suit an experienced operational finance leader who enjoys managing established professionals, improving the way work is delivered and maintaining strong financial control.

We are looking for an experienced finance manager who combines technical accounting knowledge with credible and recent people leadership. This is not an FP&A or commercially focused position; its emphasis is on operational accounting, team management, controls and process improvement.\n
