We are a locally based asphalt and civil construction company with more than 30 years of experience delivering quality projects across the Central Coast and surrounding regions.
Our work ranges from asphalt paving, road construction and resurfacing through to commercial carparks, subdivisions, earthworks, pavement construction, kerb and gutter, repairs and civil works.
We operate our own plant and equipment and our own permanent crew, which means you will have the people and machinery around you to get the job done properly.
We are looking for a practical, hands-on Foreman who can lead a crew, organise a site, maintain high safety and quality standards, solve problems and jump in when required.

Reporting to management, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery of asphalt and civil projects from mobilisation through to completion.
You will be responsible for ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the quality expected by our clients and BWB.
We’re looking for a practical, hands‑on Foreman who can lead a crew, organise the job and maintain strong safety and quality standards.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as an Asphalt/Civil Foreman, Supervisor or Leading Hand
Strong experience in asphalt paving, roadworks and/or civil construction
Ability to coordinate crews, plant, materials and daily site activities
Good knowledge of WHS, site safety and quality requirements
Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read plans, specifications and job requirements
Current White Card and Australian driver’s licence
Permanent full‑time position with an established Central Coast business
Strong pipeline of asphalt, council, commercial and civil projects
