Our Balgowlah store offers the perfect environment to take the next step in your retail career. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in leadership, visual merchandising, and driving sales — all while being part of a supportive team that’s invested in your development. Relaunched in 2008 by Tania Austin, DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing our footprint from 5 stores to over 140, with two online sites. As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.
Fast forward to today, we have extended our product offering to include D‑LUXE Basics, DECJUBA Kids and in 2023 launched DECJUBA Men’s and DECJUBA Beauty.
