Support Worker

Wholesome Care Supports is looking for Support Workers to provide personalised support that upholds dignity and independence. You'll be part of a team that values creativity, respect, and innovation, working in disability support services and community spaces designed to foster inclusion and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Providing personalised support that upholds dignity and independence
• Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access
• Encouraging and facilitating skill-building, hobbies, and social connection
• Working collaboratively with families, therapists, and the Wholesome team
• Advocating for participants so their voices are heard and respected

About you

• Compassion, reliability, and a genuine belief in inclusion
• Experience in disability or community support (preferred but not essential)
• A positive problem-solver who can adapt with empathy and patience
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Driver's licence
