We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who loves people, thrives on building relationships and wants their work to have a genuine purpose.
Based at our Margate office, you’ll also spend plenty of time out in the community - building referral networks, creating new opportunities and helping people understand how Dovida can support them to live well at home.

Key responsibilities
A relationship-driven, consultative sales role where you’ll represent Dovida in the community.
You’ll initially build your knowledge of Dovida, Salesforce, My Aged Care and our enquiry-to-conversion process in the office before transitioning to a more community-focused role — building networks, making connections and nurturing relationships.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experience in business development, sales or consultative selling is important. Aged care or experience working with seniors is desirable, but above all, we’re looking for someone who brings the right values, personality and ability to connect with people.
