About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionateTeacher Individual Support – Disability/Ageingto join our dedicated team and play a key role in delivering high-quality education and training outcomes to a diverse cohort of students. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to share your industry knowledgeandprofessional experience while supporting students to develop the practical skills, knowledge and confidencerequiredto succeed in their chosen careers. You will contribute to creating a positive environment where students feel supported, valued and motivated to achieve their goals.

We are looking for an industry professional who is passionate aboutvocational education and trainingand committed to delivering engaging,practicaland industry-relevant learning experiences. You will bring your understanding of the disability, ageingand community services sectors into the classroom, helping students connect theory with real-world practice and preparing them for the expectations and challenges of working in the industry.

About you

You will bring:

• A relevant vocational qualification in Disability Support Work, CommunityServicesand/or Aged Care.
• Industry experience in Disability and Aged Care.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40122(GOTAFE supports on the job training)
• Sound knowledge of current industry trends,standardsand practices.
• Proven ability to plan, research and deliver learning materials.
