CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Brisbane Branch!
\n
Reporting to the State Parts Manager, you'll lead a team warehouse staff, oversee daily operations, and drive a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
\n
You'll be responsible for the efficient receiving, storage and dispatch of parts while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities \n
Lead, mentor and support a team of 4-6 warehouse staff
\n
Delegate daily tasks and coordinate warehouse activities
\n
Manage receiving, pick, pack and dispatch operations
\n
Coordinate freight bookings and track consignments
\n
Conduct cycle counts and annual stocktakes
\n
Resolve stock discrepancies and customer returns
\n
Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
\n
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
\n
Promote a safe workplace and maintain high housekeeping standards
About You \n
Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience
\n
Strong leadership and people management skills
\n
Experience in warehouse, logistics or parts operations
\n
Forklift Licence and current Driver's Licence
\n
Strong computer, communication and organisational skills
\n
Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
\n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
