We are looking for a motivated person to join our OHSE Cadet Development Program and build their career as a Safety Coordinator. \n
Corplex is a growing industrial construction company. Our OHSE Cadet Program provides a structured pathway toward becoming an OHSE Coordinator through on-site experience, mentoring and training.
About the program \n
Working alongside experienced OHSE and site teams, you will gain practical experience in site inspections and compliance, SWMS and risk controls, inductions, incident investigations, high-risk activities and environmental management, while developing the confidence to professionally address real-world safety issues. You will also develop knowledge of Corplex's ISO-certified OHSE management systems and gain exposure to Site and Project Management.
