Key responsibilitiesDeliver outcome-focused vocational education and training (VET) programs aligned with national training package requirementsLead effective teaching and learning across classroom, workplace, simulated and online environmentsDesign, develop and implement industry-aligned assessment tools and practicesUse flexible, blended and inclusive learning approaches to support diverse student cohortsMaintain currency with industry practices, teaching methodologies and educational technologiesMonitor student progress, provide feedback and support learning outcomesContribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance activitiesPromote safe work practices, sustainability and positive learning environmentsBuild effective relationships with students, staff, industry and stakeholdersKey capabilitiesStrong knowledge of national training packages and accredited coursesCapability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant and technology-enhanced learningEffective communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skillsCommitment to continuous professional development and industry currencyAn inclusive, student-centred approach with sound knowledge of safe and equitable work practicesMandatory Qualifications and/or RequirementsCPC32420 / CPC40920 Certificate III & Certificate IV Plumbing/Drainage/Gas Fitting, or equivalent.
