- Trained in acute care nursing with 2+ years experience (ED, ICU, Med-Surg). \n
- Expert IV insertion skills (10/10 proficiency, ultrasound-guided capable). \n
- Proven experience administering IM injections and infusion therapies. \n
- Comfortable with client consultations and therapeutic communication. \n
- Tech-savvy for EHR documentation and client management software. \n
- Active Florida RN license. \n
