We're looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Head of Flight Operations (D/HOFO) to join our team. In this critical role, you'll support our Head of Flight Operations to establish scalable foundations, drive operational excellence, and foster a positive culture across our organisation.

The Opportunity

As Deputy HOFO, you will support a national operation, working closely with the HOFO and cross-functional teams to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient conduct of flight operations. You'll help ensure compliance of manuals and documentation in addition to establishing systems and processes that support sustainable growth, focusing on continuous improvement and collaboration. You will be a strong champion for a culture of safety, respect, reliability and resilience founded upon accountability, professionalism, and teamwork, inspiring our team to achieve new heights.

We are looking for an established or aspiring leader with a deep understanding of helicopter flight operations and a passion for building robust, scalable processes. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a managerial role within the aviation industry, with strong skills in regulatory compliance, safety management, and operational excellence. You should be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, who is adaptable and forward-thinking, and who can inspire and lead a team through periods of change.
