About the Opportunity
Do you excel at IT support, help desk services, or technical operations?
Our client, a South Australian government department, is seeking expressions of interest from professionals who can keep IT services running smoothly and support end-users effectively. By joining the IT Support & Operations talent pool, you will be considered for future roles that are the backbone of daily technology use in the department from assisting staff with technical issues and managing IT assets, to ensuring that systems and devices are maintained and operational. Role Types
We welcome EOI applications from candidates experienced in:
- Service Desk Officer (Level 1) Serving as the first point of contact for IT support, handling help desk tickets and resolving user issues.
- IT Support Analyst (Level 2) Providing second-level support, troubleshooting complex problems, and escalating issues as needed.
- Desktop Support Technician (Level 1) Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops, and peripherals, and providing in-person technical assistance.
- Application Support Specialist (Level 2) Supporting specific software applications, troubleshooting functionality issues, and liaising with vendors or development teams for fixes.
- IT Operations Coordinator (Level 2) Coordinating routine IT operational tasks, asset management, and assisting with IT policy implementation.
- Service Desk Manager (Level 3) Leading the IT support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement of support processes.
