Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting correspondence, court documents, and briefs
  • Managing files, updating matter progress, and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with clients, medical providers, insurers, and counsel
  • Preparing evidence bundles, chronologies, and discovery material
  • Assisting solicitors with matter preparation, negotiations, and settlement tasks
  • Coordinating appointments, medico‑legal assessments, and follow‑ups
  • General administrative and practice support as required

About You

  • Must have experience in personal injury (ideally 1-2 years)
  • Available on a full-time basis

  • Confident client communication skills and a professional manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a close‑knit team
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
