BDM - Property Management

As our Property Management Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our Property Management portfolio by identifying new opportunities and building lasting relationships with property investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the Property Management team to achieve outstanding results
• Oversee the management of a quality residential property portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Conduct portfolio reviews, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency procedures
• Identify and secure new property management opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll
• Network within the local community to generate referrals and new business
• Provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to clients
• Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the agency.

About you

• Proven experience in Property Management
• Previous leadership or team management experience highly regarded
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Current driver's licence
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A proactive, results-driven attitude
• Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
