The Role: Landscape Garden Maintenance Team Leader \n
As a hands-on Team Leader, you’ll guide and support an assistant gardener in the delivery of exceptional maintenance and enhancement services across high-end residential and commercial properties.

You’ll take ownership of tasks including:

Lawn mowing, edging, pruning, hedging & shaping
\n - \n
Weed control (manual & chemical), fertilising, pest/disease treatment
\n - \n
Planting, mulching, turf reinstatement
\n - \n
Turf Renovations and Upgrades
\n - \n
Acreage mowing & general horticultural upkeep
\n - \n
Reading and executing site plans
\n - \n
Coordinating tasks, setting the pace, and maintaining top-tier standards
\n - \n
Ensuring tools are used safely and effectively
\n
\n
You’ll be a key player in helping gardens thrive and representing our brand with pride.
What You Bring to the Table \n
- \n
- \n
Certificate III in Horticulture (or willing to obtain)
\n - \n
2+ years of relevant industry experience
\n - \n
A current police check or willingness to obtain one
\n - \n
Experience in soft landscaping (a bonus!)
\n - \n
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
\n - \n
A detail-focused, quality-over-quantity mindset
\n - \n
A commitment to safety and WHS compliance
\n - \n
Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job
\n - \n
A natural motivator who leads by example and supports their team
